Hello there,
I was a client of yours for a handful of years until my now former CPA talked me into letting his firm take over my LLC & Corp licensing and State "maintenance" fees/responsibilities. To make a long story short.. I regret making this change and am now in a bit of a pickle. I understand my business license renewals and annual officer reporting have fallen behind and are now in a "default" status. In a perfect world, I would like to pay everything current and reestablish you guys as my registered agent. That is if you will have me back! Haha If this sounds like a plan, please let me know what if any additional information you need from me to get started?
